Terms of Service

By accessing or using the FarivaMed platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform. FarivaMed is operated by Dalton Capital Sdn Bhd, a company registered in Malaysia. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

FarivaMed is an online platform that connects LCP-certified aesthetic clinics in Malaysia with patients seeking aesthetic treatments. We provide clinic listing, appointment booking, and marketing services to registered clinics. FarivaMed does not provide medical or aesthetic treatment services directly. All treatments are performed by independently operating clinics and their licensed medical professionals.

To list your clinic on FarivaMed, you must: • Be a legally registered business in Malaysia. • Hold a valid LCP (Letter of Credentialing and Privileging) certification for the treatments offered. • Employ doctors with valid Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) registration. • Provide accurate and complete information during registration. • Maintain current credentials and update your profile if details change. FarivaMed reserves the right to verify credentials and remove any clinic found to be operating without proper certification.

By registering on FarivaMed, clinics agree to: • Honour confirmed bookings made through the platform. • Provide services as described on their FarivaMed profile. • Maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance. • Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and medical regulations. • Respond to patient inquiries and booking requests in a timely manner. • Notify FarivaMed promptly of any changes to clinic credentials or operational status.

Patients using FarivaMed to browse and book appointments agree to: • Provide accurate personal and medical information where requested. • Attend booked appointments or cancel with reasonable notice. • Comply with individual clinic cancellation and rescheduling policies. • Use the platform only for lawful purposes. FarivaMed is not responsible for the outcome of any treatment received at a listed clinic. All medical decisions are between the patient and their treating doctor.

Clinic registration on FarivaMed is currently free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce subscription or commission-based fees in the future, with reasonable notice given to registered clinics. Any transaction fees or treatment costs are agreed directly between patients and clinics. FarivaMed is not a party to financial transactions between clinics and patients.

All content on the FarivaMed platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Dalton Capital Sdn Bhd or its licensors and is protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on FarivaMed without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Dalton Capital Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for: • Any medical outcomes resulting from treatments booked through FarivaMed. • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the platform. • Inaccuracies in clinic listings or service descriptions. • Interruptions to platform availability. Our total liability to any party shall not exceed the fees paid (if any) to FarivaMed in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a clinic's access to FarivaMed at any time if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the clinic has breached these terms, provided false information, or engaged in conduct harmful to patients or the FarivaMed platform. Clinics may request removal from the platform by contacting us at muntheng@daltoncapital.asia.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Registered clinics and users will be notified of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of FarivaMed after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
